Nationstar Mortgage Borrower Dashboard
Our client at Nationstar Mortgage came to us looking to improve the experience on how their borrowers pay their mortgage. The challenge proposed was that we could not talk to actual Nationstar customers. So we went around that challenge by going to neighborhood parks and talking with homeowners about their lending experience. Feedback is essential in building a platform so we relied heavily on their information. In the end, we uncovered strategic information that the Nationstar had no idea was bothering their borrowers. This web application helped decrease the number of late payments from customers by 10% quarter over quarter. I would say this project was a great success.
